The Education & Engagement team is responsible for designing and delivering scalable education initiatives that empower both sellers and internal stakeholders. We focus on standardizing knowledge through high-impact, data-driven education, enabling learning at scale across mass channels. Our mission is to combine content strategy, performance optimization, and continuous experimentation to ensure all education initiatives are effective, measurable, and aligned with business objectives. We work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality education programs and outreach strategies with sustained impact. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026*. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Education today is no longer about one-way communication, it's about scaling knowledge through content that relate to the audiences. Social media and other mass education platforms play a critical role in this ecosystem, where strategic planning, creative execution, data analysis, and experimentation must work together. The Mass Channel Education Strategy Intern will support the end-to-end education content lifecycle, including strategy development, content planning, execution, performance evaluation, and iteration. This role goes beyond traditional social media management and offers hands-on involvement in real projects that directly contribute to education outcomes and performance metrics. You will gain practical exposure to how educational content, data, and growth strategies intersect in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Own end-to-end mass channel education initiatives, from strategy and content planning to execution across channels (e.g. social media, webinars). - Define and manage educational content pillars and prioritization, aligned with audience needs and business objectives. - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in content direction, messaging, and execution. - Analyze performance using data and key metrics, and drive continuous optimization through testing and iteration. - Support education growth and efficiency, including ads strategy, performance evaluation, and actionable improvement recommendations
Profil requis du candidat:
Minimum Qualifications - Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative. - Creative, agile, and adaptable to fast-changing directions. - Strong interest in content strategy, social media, and education at scale. - Data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze results and translate insights into actions. - Familiar with content creation and content optimization (organic and/or paid).
