As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment. Mall Team focuses on driving strategic brand partnerships to achieve mutual growth. We collaborate with leading strategic brands to accelerate their performance on the platform and develop long-term plans that strengthen our joint business. Within this team, you'll experience how data, creativity, and strategy come together to shape successful brand moments. As an intern, you'll support real business initiatives, work closely with multiple internal stakeholders, and help bring meaningful brand collaborations. Responsibilities - Process data to generate weekly reports for strategic incentives and provide data-driven insights that support business strategy. - Track key performance metrics and deliver regular updates to evaluate business performance and operational efficiency. - Support cross-functional coordination, assist in document processing, and optimize administrative workflows. - Handle ad-hoc tasks related to data analysis and strategic initiatives

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field. - Detail-oriented and highly sensitive with data tracking. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools like Excel. - Strong communication skills and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment. Preferred Qualifications - Basic SQL knowledge is highly preferable. - Experience in strategy or analyst roles. - Prior internship experience in e-commerce is a plus.
