You'll break new ground by:

* Assist in daily procurement activities including RFQ (Request for Quotation), vendor communication, quotation comparison, and purchase request processing.
* Participate in supplier evaluation, including checking compliance, delivery performance, and service quality.
* Support the implementation and monitoring of Milkrun methodology for material pickup and distribution, including:
o Understanding scheduled pickup routes
o Coordinating with logistics teams and vendors
o Monitoring delivery frequency and efficiency
* Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as Production, Engineering, Finance, and Warehouse.

You'd describe yourself as:

* Active university student majoring in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Technical Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially:
o Excel (basic formulas, data processing)
o PowerPoint
o Word
* Basic understanding of procurement processes such as RFQ, PO, vendor communication, and cost comparison.
* Familiarity with Milkrun logistics methodology and its concepts (scheduled pickup, route optimization, delivery cycle).
* Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).

Soft Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good analytical thinking and problem solving capability.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
* Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt.
* Ability to collaborate well within a team.

Work Requirements
* Able to commit to a full time internship for 3 months (longer availability is a plus).
* Willing to work on site at the office for the full internship duration.
* Comfortable working in a target oriented and deadline-driven environment.
* Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
