In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Applicants will be invited to do a case study if they are shortlisted prior to the interview. The Fashion Campaign Operations team is responsible for planning and executing campaign operations to drive growth in the fashion category. The team manages traffic asset operations, ensuring campaign visibility and effective placement across platforms. They also work closely with sellers to encourage participation in fashion campaigns, helping maximize product exposure and sales opportunities. In addition, the team runs key programs that support GMV growth, particularly through livestream, video, and catalogue channels, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and deliver strong business results. The intern will support the execution of digital fashion campaigns, including coordinating campaign traffic setup and ensuring accurate tracking and tagging across platforms. They will assist in creating digital banners and visual assets aligned with fashion brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The intern will also monitor competitor activities in the fashion industry, help organize and analyze campaign performance data, and support various project-based tasks related to ongoing fashion campaigns. Through this experience, the intern will gain practical exposure to fashion marketing, digital campaign execution, and data-driven campaign optimization. Responsibilities - Coordinate and execute traffic setup for campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, tagging, and configuration across platforms. - Create digital banners and visual assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. - Track competitor activities and provide insights to support campaign strategy. - Assist in gathering, organizing, and interpreting campaign data to optimize opportunities. - Support various project-based tasks related to ongoing campaigns, providing flexibility and timely execution as needed

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in reputable university. - Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) for banner creation. - Experience with Excel/Sheets for data processing and reporting. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow structured processes for campaign setup. - Eager to learn, proactive, and able to handle ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Major in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related fields would be plus point, other major welcome to apply - Basic understanding of digital marketing, campaign tracking, or traffic operations is a plus.
