Job Description
We are currently seeking an EMEA Architecture Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute?
* Support the manager in managing and organizing documentation for various projects.
* Ensure documentation is correctly entered into the internal database.
* Prepare materials for project kick-off presentations to the WW Store Planning team.
* Coordinate with different stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
* Support layout modifications for projects using AutoCAD.
* Track project work-in-progress to ensure timely updates.
* Provide administrative support for project management (raising purchase orders and tracking supplier invoices).
* Manage internal communications and prepare weekly and bi-weekly reporting documentation.
Who you are?
* Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or Engineering and available for a 6 months curricular internship.
* Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
* Fluent in English.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, result-driven and deadline-focused.
* Strong computer skills (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint).
* Excellent skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
* Team-oriented, proactive and skilled in problem-solving.
