Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Visual Concepts Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:

* Visual research and trend analysis (moodboards, references).

* Ideation and development of creative concepts for visual projects.

* Production of sketches, illustrations, 3D renderings, and 3D modeling of props/scenicelements.

* Collaboration with the team to ensure aesthetic consistency across all outputs.

* Participation in project phases (briefing, review, production).-Documentation and archiving of visual materials and presentations.

Requirements:

* Student or recent graduate in set design, visual arts, stage design, industrial design, architecture, visual design, or related disciplines. Preferably with an academic background from an art academy.

* Excellent freehand drawing skills (sketching, illustration).

* Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering (software such as Rhino, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, etc.).

* Knowledge of graphic/design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

* Scenic sensitivity: understanding of spatial dynamics, light, composition, and materials.

* Strong visual culture: aesthetic sense, curiosity about global trends, prop design, and installations.

* Creativity, proactivity, and problem-solving attitude.

* Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multiple internal functions.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Flexibility and adaptability, as projects can vary greatly (pop-ups, events, window displays, props).

* Ability to effectively communicate visual ideas, both verbally and through sketches and presentations.
