What you´ll do

* Prepare and deliver seminars, in-salon trainings and technical support
* Test new products
* Manage complaints and technical hotline to customers
* Support local Education, marketing and sales
* Refer sales leads, customer feedback and competitor information to appropriate contacts within the organization
* Provide internal product training to Sales / Education team
* Contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that generates future sales and repeated business
* Promote a strong commercial approach to educational activities

What makes you a good fit

* Master's degree in Marketing, Economics or other related fields
* Knowledge of the hairdressing industry
* Passion for Digital, eLearning, Marketing, Training, Teaching and Customer Care
* Fluent in English, Italian is mandatory
* High analytical skills
* Strong relational and communication skills
