Internship: Quality Control Microbiology

THE INTERNSHIP

You will join the Quality Control team at the Boehringer Ingelheim production site in Noventa Padovana, where veterinary vaccines are manufactured.

You will be actively involved in:
* Contamination Reduction Projects focusing the bioburden contamination of eggs shell
* Quality documentation of raw material, primary and secondary packaging materials
* Quality documentation of equipment

You will be trained on the theoretical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and their subsequent application in the technical environment of a pharmaceutical workshop. You will acquire skills related to many aspects of Quality Assurance in a GMP environment, performing transversal activities between the various areas of the production site and dealing with a multinational company context strongly oriented to the sharing of experiences and skills between production sites around the world. Something new to learn every day!

Tasks & what you will be learning:

* Microbiological skills.
* Write Protocols and Reports.
* Learning of the management system of the Quality.
* Learning procedures applied within the site.
* Review QA documentation, local and global procedures.
* Preparation and/or participation to the regulatory inspections.

Requirements:

* Bachelor/Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology or related field.
* Good Knowledge of the English language (level B2 or more).
* Good Knowledge and autonomy in the use of PC and Office package.
* Good knowledge of Italian language.
* Curious and analytical attitude, propensity for continuous improvement, innovation and teamwork.
* Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
