Your role

Junior Assistant

Are you detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?

We're looking for a Junior Stage Assistant whose tasks will include to

* Support to the Senior Team Assistant for general daily tasks (video and calls set up, processing expense claims, receipts, cars and restaurants bookings)
* Domestic and International Travel bookings in alignment with the guidance of senior assistants
* Support with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses statement
* Input and update client meetings reports tracking
* Provide support and backstage assistance for occasional client marketing's event

Your team

You'll be working in the Global Banking team based in Milan in an dynamic international environment

Your expertise

* basic administrative experience in a fast-paced large enterprise
* flexibile working hours
* proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
* adaptable, can-do attitude, team player
* fluent English
