Invoice to Pay Analyst - Internship

For our production plant in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), with more than 800 employees, we offer a 6-month internship to a candidate with a high school diploma in Accounting or a student/graduate in Economics, Accounting, or Finance, providing support to the activities of the Administration Department.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Support on invoices, credit notes and correction posting.
* Support with day-to-day duties to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, including but not limited to: AP corrections, AP accruals.
* Support end-to-end suppliers' queries and issues.
* Support on SAP project delivery.
* Adopt and champion a continuous improvement mindset to all relevant tasks and procedures.
* To provide information to key stakeholders within the company, which is timely, relevant and accurate.
* To undertake any other ad hoc duties/projects as and when required to meet the varying demands of the business and to satisfy suppliers' needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Preferred high school in economics or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
* Good level of English written and spoken
* Good level of Italian
* Good knowledge of excel
* It is required to have a car (no bus/train)
