Description du poste:

Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team Group Talent Management and Strategic Sourcing team. Key responsibilities of the role will include the support to:
* Talent Management team activities to identify and develop Talents across the Group at all organizational levels (Talent Reviews, Performance Management process, Talents' KPIs and Strategic Sourcing)
* Perform data analysis, prepare report and presentations on key populations (ie. Senior Leaders and Talents) always maintaining high quality outputs
* Collaborate to organize and prepare meetings with the Global HR Community
* the team in implementing new and innovative initiatives related to Talents' career acceleration and engagement

Profil requis du candidat:

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Economics or any related field
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (e.g. Power Point, Excel)
* Excellent proficiency in English
* Excellent analytical skills
* Previous work experience will be considered a plus

Soft skills:
* Proactivity and passion for HR topics
* Open minded, team player, capable to build positive relations with different stakeholders
* Problem solving skills and detail-oriented attitude
