Valentino is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will be included in the Talent Acquisition Team based in Milan and will support the team in the following activities:

* Support the recruitment process with a main focus on internships and entry level profiles (job posting, CV screening, interviews/assessment, on boarding)

* Support the maintenance and update of the internship reports and dashboards in alignment with Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs

* Actively support the Employer Branding team in their activities, mainly participating in career days or other academic events

* Provide general support on the team's special projects and initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Economics or Humanistic subjects

* Master in HR will be considered a plus

* Previous experience in recruiting in multinational company or recruiting agency is a nice to have

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package

* Fluent both in English and Italian

* Agile mindset and "thinking out of the box" approach

* Excellent time management and organizational and problem-solving skills
