Sustainability Intern

Description du poste:

We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability Intern to join our Communication & Sustainability team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainability practices, project management, and stakeholder communication. The intern will support awareness activities within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support engagement of GC&C global employees in change management and social impact activities related to sustainability.
* Prepare presentations, conduct research, and draft reports on sustainability activities, market trends, and case studies.
* Assist in organizing events, workshops, and campaigns related to sustainability.
* Support monitoring and reporting on the progress of sustainability projects and initiatives

Profil requis du candidat:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a master's degree in sustainability, economics, environmental science, international relations, communication or a related field.
* Demonstrated strong interest in sustainability topics through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities; please provide an overview or link to relevant project(s) in the application.
* Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., ESRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD) and knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices and principles.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools).
* Proficiency in English (at least B2 level) is required; a second language (e.g., Italian, German, French, Spanish) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous project or internship experiences in a related field during university studies are a plus.
* General knowledge of corporate, brokers, or non-life insurance business.
