#ELC Human Resources
The Role
As an HR Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our HR team, supporting daily operations and contributing to exciting projects. From recruitment activities to training initiatives, you'll learn the essentials of HR in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Performance Areas
* Craft and publish job postings;
* Screen CVs and assist in candidate selection;
* Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews;
* Prepare candidate profiles and manage data in SAP SuccessFactors;
* Support the development of training plans and funded training projects;
* Create reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint;
* Provide general support for HR management and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
* Proficiency in English and Italian;
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools;
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly;
* A proactive mindset, flexibility, and genuine interest in Human Resources.
