Responsibilities： - Creator Management: Establish and maintain relationships with craters. Understand the needs of creators and execute the action plans to improve their daily performances. - Collaborate with stakeholder to execute online campaigns. - Understand the company's existing business, follow industry trends and related businesses, and propose management strategies accordingly

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: - Language and Communication Skill: Business level JP and English. Strong written communication skills in both EN and JP. - Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in data analysis, documentation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights. - Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret complex data from various sources to derive actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications - Community management experience or similar experience. - Previous Internship Experience: Management consulting firm, PE/VC, IT industry internship experience.
