TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or be discovered! The SMB Intern will support the Japan team in helping small and medium-sized businesses grow on TikTok. You will assist with client operations, help localize and translate sales/playbook materials, and take ownership of internal projects that improve how we support advertisers. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Support day-to-day operational needs for the SMB Japan team for advertisers - Assist in preparing campaign materials, reports, and client-facing documentation - Help prepare and localize internal playbooks, sales narratives, and product materials for the Japan market - Translate key content between Japanese and English to support cross-functional alignment - Conduct light market/industry research to support new business and account growth initiatives - Own small-scale internal projects that improve workflow efficiency or client experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops) as needed

Profil requis du candidat:
