Team Introduction At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Manage and update pipelines. - Translate documents between English and Japanese. - Take meeting minutes. - Analyze data and trending creatives related to TikTok advertising. - Support client proposals by gathering data and coordinating with assistants. - Troubleshoot account issues and handle ad reviews

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree, available to work at least 3 days per week for 6 months. - Aspires to a sales-related career and values cross-team & cross-region teamwork. - Proactive, ambitious mindset with eagerness to take on new challenges. - Fluent in Japanese, with business-level English proficiency. - Proficient in Excel (data aggregation) and PowerPoint (presentation creation). - TikTok user with a solid understanding of the platform's features. Preferred Qualifications： - Experience in ad platform operation, cross-stakeholder project leadership, TikTok content creation, or insight into teen & adult trends; proven commitment to project delivery.
