The Position

Job Purpose:
* Support the Business Services team in delivering internal events and culture-building initiatives.
* Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination
* Support planning and execution of internal events (let's connect, team activities, celebrations).
* Coordinate logistics such as venue, materials, vendors, invitations, and on-site support.
* Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and communication materials.

Culture & Employee Engagement
* Contribute to initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
* Support organization of team-building activities and internal campaigns.
* Help gather feedback and ideas to improve workplace experience.

Administrative Support
* Assist with general administrative tasks for the Business Services team.
* Maintain documentation, event trackers, and internal calendars.
* Support coordination across teams to ensure smooth operation

Education / Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
