About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our Business Development Department. As an intern, you and your team members will support the department in various strategic projects and initiatives, contribute to research, analysis, and the execution of plans, while learning about the dynamic and evolving landscape of digital healthcare.

This internship will provide you with exposure to various facets of business strategy, market research, and regional growth efforts, offering a unique opportunity to build valuable skills and knowledge within the healthcare technology space.

This role is based in Malaysia.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:
* Plan, lead, and execute large-scale and premium health screening programs
* Design and manage high-touch customer journeys from booking to results
* Coordinate cross-functional teams: clinical, operations, customer service, and marketing
* Ensure smooth online and offline experiences with continuous improvements
* Strengthen Doctor Anywhere's brand through service excellence and premium delivery
* Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure top-tier execution
* Monitor project KPIs and implement improvements based on feedback and data

About You:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field..
* Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and execution skills
* Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
* A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
