Responsibilities The Performance Marketing intern will be working with the Search team in driving strategic expertise within the team, helping to develop innovative search strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives and leading tactical execution, and optimization for search programs. They will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing paid search engine marketing activities. Manage & activate SEM plan / strategy for clients. Participate in regular communication with Clients, Internal teams, and planners. Lead meetings to present analysis, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal team members. Implement best of search practices across all search tactics managed and ensure best practices are being utilized by analysts Social search, video search, online directory search, and more. Build continuous knowledge around advanced search opportunities. Search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Bing, etc) including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns. Coordinate plans between Paid Search and other channels like Youtube , GDN, and Facebook. Qualifications Manage day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple channels. Strong command of search engine research and reporting resources Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. Strong Interpersonal and teamwork abilities, collaborative approach/attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Can multitask, prioritize and balance time across client campaigns while maintaining profound attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and display comfort in a complex field that is fast evoving Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold a relevant valid visa to work in Malaysia.
