Job Description

* Support marketing administrative tasks (updating marketing materials, scheduling blog posts, maintaining trackers, updating content calendars, etc.)
* Support content creation efforts (basic copywriting, assisting in video shoots, coordinating with graphic designer for design briefs, etc.)
* Support quality checks to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines before review
* Assist with competitor research on marketing best practices
* Support in procurement of marketing materials & distribution
* Assist in coordination for cross-border campaigns & initiatives with regional teams and stakeholders

Job Requirements

* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business,
* Communications, or a related field
* Comfortable with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs (Canva is a plus)
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Able to manage multiple small tasks and follow up independently
* Comfortable asking questions, clarifying priorities, and taking initiative within guidance
* Interest in content creation, e-commerce, logistics, or startups is a plus
