Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Marketing Intern, with a commitment period of 12 months, located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

As a Marketing intern, you will be joining a diverse and dynamic environment as part of the team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and responsible for providing support to the Surgical Vision Sales team.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Under general supervision, provide logistical and administrative support to marketing projects and activities.
* Execute and innovate on highly complex and varied administrative and clerical marketing assignments.
* Review and reconcile the tracking and processing of purchase orders.
* Ensure the coordination activities of various marketing functions which may include design, illustration, photography, paste up, and typography personnel. Ensures the maintenance of various spreadsheets and online resources.
* Assist in the creation of innovative sales tools and programs. Apply a polished professional manner and highly developed communications skills.
* Ensure marketing and promo materials are approved and updated in Veeva system.
* Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager
Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related fields
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Showcases strong learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
