As an Food & Beverage Attendant Trainee at Hyatt Regency, you will undergo hands-on training across all areas of the Food & Beverage department. This program is designed to develop your skills in delivering exceptional dining experiences, understanding hotel operations, and building a career in hospitality management.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Receive training in all aspects of F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
· Learn proper service standards, food presentation, and beverage preparation techniques.
· Assist in day-to-day operations, including setting up dining areas, taking orders, and serving guests.
· Gain exposure to inventory management, stock control, and ordering procedures.
· Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
· Understand hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all F&B operations.
· Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations to enhance learning
