Location: Casablanca (with flexibility to work from home)
Duration: 6 months - Starting January 2026
Overview :
Join our Middle East & Africa Talent Management & Learning team to support the execution of talent development and learning initiatives. This role is ideal for motivated final-year students who are fluent in English, and eager to gain hands-on HR development experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support deployment of online learning offers
* Help organize virtual or in-person learning events
* Assist in designing, planning and executing talent development Programs.
* Prepare and update tracking sheets and presentations for talent programs and learning projects
* Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth programs deployment
* Reporting on programs progress and participation
* Provide support for talent assessments and surveys.

Profile Requirements:
