We are seeking a motivated Software Applications Engineering Undergraduate Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Work collaboratively within an agile environment to assist in design, develop, and test software applications.
* Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
* Utilize your programming skills to contribute to desktop application development using C#, .Net, C++, Python, and/or other programming languages.
* Contribute to automating workflows and enhancing software functionality through scripting initiatives.
* Help to solve technical challenges by applying strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
* Communicate effectively with team members, sharing ideas and insights to drive project success.
* Assist in the management, setup, and configuration of hardware test and development systems.
As an Intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through hands-on experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
* Currently studying a BS or Master's degree in Electrical engineering, Computer engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems engineering or related technical field (At least 1 year remaining as an active student).
* 6+ months of experience:
* Programming Languages: C#, .Net, AND/OR C/C++
* Advanced English level.
Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (this role is not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship).
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Experience working with:
* Python, or scripting languages.
* Tools and Software: Version control systems (Git), Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), Basic debugging tools, and techniques.
* PyTorch framework and Linux environments (Hands-on experience with).
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of relevant industry job experience, internship experience, and/or schoolwork/classes/research.
