Identify processes that can be automated and propose solutions Design and develop automation (software, scripts, or industrial systems) Integrate automation with existing systems (ERP, MES, databases, APIs) Troubleshoot and fix issues in automated processes Monitor performance and continuously improve automation Document solutions and train users or operators Work with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, engineering) What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
