This is a paid program in (COMPANY NAME)'s AC Mexico City during your final year of college. Trainees will dedicate 20-30 hours per week to self-directed learning, while shadowing (COMPANY NAME) professionals on a variety of engagements and participating in hands-on training. Trainees will have an immersive pre-graduate level learning curriculum - focused on in-demand technical, digital and English language skills - will combine rigorous technical courses, experiential learning opportunities and mentorship by (COMPANY NAME) professionals during the practicum before moving into shadowing and interning with the business.

Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be eligible for potential full-time employment at (COMPANY NAME)'s Mexico City AC.

As a Trainee, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. (COMPANY NAME) Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
