We are looking for a Digital Electrical Engineering Intern to support the Electrical CAD platform team within Digital Engineering. This internship is ideal for a student with strong initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn, who enjoys combining technical support, communication/community coordination, and data analytics. A key part of the role will be driving visibility through Tableau dashboards and supporting user engagement across the platform. What Will you do? Support the team in L2 support activities for Electrical CAD users, including follow-up on user issues, documentation, ticket coordination, and basic operational support. Assist in community and communication management for Electrical CAD users and key stakeholders. Help coordinate user communications, updates, learning follow-ups, and adoption-related activities. Gather, organize, and analyze support and platform data to improve visibility and decision-making. Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for support trends, user activity, and platform performance follow-up. Support preparation of documentation such as user guides, FAQs, knowledge notes, and simple process documentation. Help identify patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities for reporting or process improvement. Collaborate with the Electrical CAD team on continuous improvement and operational activities. *Graduation Date: June 2027 or later. *Location: MDIC (Apodaca): (PIIT) Apodaca 408 Ave Innovación Parque de Innovación e Investigación Tecnológico, Apodaca, 66628, Mexico. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Student in Mechatronics Engineering preferred; other Engineering degrees are also welcome. Strong interest in Electrical CAD, support operations, analytics, and user communication. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Interest or basic experience in Tableau, reporting, or data visualization. Strong English communication skills. Self-driven, proactive, organized, and eager to grow. Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn by doing. Exposure to Electrical CAD tools is a plus. Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site Wednesdays and Thursdays), an ideal schedule of 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., with flexibility for students. Let us learn about you! Apply today.
