Your role:
* Consolidate and report operational KPI results
* Perform in-depth analysis of performance deviations and identify root causes
* Design and implement automation solutions for root cause analysis to improve efficiency and scalability
* Maintain and regularly update information related to FCO progress in SMAX, ensuring transparency and traceability

You're the right fit if:
* Education: Degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
* Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish
* Technical Skills:
* Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools, including Power BI
* Knowledge of Python and AI-driven analytics solutions

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
