The Position
Our Global Internship Programme in Innovation & Sustainability (#IP2TIS) offers a unique opportunity for passionate individuals to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while making a positive impact on the world.
Are you ready to join a global network spanning 20+ countries, where bright minds collaborate to tackle real-world challenges in Innovation & Sustainability? Do you want to work on impactful projects, shape the future, and drive change from within?
As an intern in the LATAM Neurology Synapse Project, you will contribute to an innovative regional initiative focused on strengthening early diagnosis and expert collaboration for Alzheimer's disease and Multiple Sclerosis across Latin America. The project aims to establish a scalable Neurology Synapse Hub that connects affiliates, key opinion leaders, and reference centers to support diagnostic excellence, knowledge transfer, and launch readiness across the region. Within your first 3 months, you will help deliver a landscape analysis, benchmark best practices, shape a scalable hub framework, and support the design of a pilot proposal and prototype toolkit for priority markets. You will also contribute to a 12-18 month implementation roadmap with clear recommendations to accelerate access to innovation and healthcare transformation. This internship offers a rare opportunity to help shape a highly innovative area in Neurology, bridging the gap between cutting-edge diagnostics and patient access across LATAM while gaining exposure to cross-functional strategy with real-world clinical impact.
The Opportunity
* Support a landscape analysis of current Neurology diagnostic capabilities, key opinion leaders, patient pathways, and potential reference centers across LATAM

* Support cross-affiliate coordination to align stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across markets as One Roche
* Assist in defining 1-2 pilot countries or sites, including scope, success metrics, and implementation priorities
* Contribute to the development of a 12-18 month implementation roadmap with milestones, resource needs, and expected impact
* Prepare presentations and insight summaries to support strategic planning and decision-making
