Business Administration Intern

Your job

As our Business Administration Intern, you help keep the team running smoothly. You'll work on a variety of organisational and administrative tasks, such as:
* Supporting meetings and documenting discussions on IT-related topics
* Helping organise team events and workshopsPreparing presentations and internal demos
* Managing calendar invites and logisticsStructuring and uploading documentation
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding
* Creating visual materials for internal use
This role is perfect if you enjoy organising, communicating, and getting things done-while learning how IT works behind the scenes.

Your working environment

ABN AMRO is a leading Dutch bank with an international presence.You'll be part of A&PS: a department that shapes platform strategies, architecture governance, and future-proof IT standards across the bank.Our department is close-knit (under 40 colleagues), collaborative, and internationally oriented.We work hybrid-usually in the Amstelveen office on Mondays.

Your profile

You don't need experience-just motivation and curiosity. What matters most is that you're organised, proactive, and ready to learn.
You are:
* Currently enrolled in a Dutch MBO/HBO/WO programme (business, administration, or similar)
* Available for at least six months
* Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A strong communicator and team player
* Fluent in English
* Adaptable and eager to pick up new skills
