In this internship, you will be part of the IP Legal team within our global legal function. Our purpose is to protect and manage Danone's intellectual property assets to support innovation and brand integrity. During this internship, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory and support on IP portfolio management and enforcement initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:
* Assist in trademark clearance searches and support filing strategies
* Help monitor and enforce trademark rights, including handling opposition and infringement matters
* Support copyright-related projects, including content review and compliance
* Contribute to design protection initiatives and portfolio management
* Conduct legal research on IP topics and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IP compliance

There are also some compulsory requirements:
* Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters Law student during the whole internship period;
* You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
* Ideally available to start in February 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 4 days per week;
* You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
* You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week
