IT Infrastructure Specialist Internship

As an IT Infrastructure Support Intern, you will assist in the administration and monitoring of our IT infrastructure, which includes both on-premise and cloud-based services. You will work closely with various teams to learn and apply best practices in IT services across different platforms.

What you'll do

* Support the Managed-Infra team by implementing and documenting best practices.
* Assist in designing IT solutions and help with capacity planning for services and infrastructure.
* Participate in daily operational tasks, hardware and software support.
* Help improving IT service performance and remediating any issues.

What you'll need

* Strong understanding of Linux administration.
* Experience with scripting or programming languages.
* Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
* Experience with server/network hardware is a plus.
* Willingness to learn about various IT tools and technologies.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively

What you'll learn

* Gain hands-on experience with IT service management and monitoring techniques.
* Understand basic network concepts, including DNS, IPAM, and DHCP.
* Learn about cloud services, including Azure and AWS.
* Develop skills in scripting and automation tools.
* Get experience with vulnerability remediation practices.
