Description du poste:
Intern Data-driven IT-stability in Service Integration
At a glance
Digital infrastructures form the backbone of society. Payments, transactions, identity verification, digital security, and business continuity all depend on IT systems that must function flawlessly. In this complex environment, KPIs play a crucial role in safeguarding stability, reliability, and risk control.
Within Service Integration & Orchestration (SIO), you will work in an environment where data-driven decision-making is central. During your graduation internship, you will investigate how KPI data can be used to analyse IT stability, identify patterns, and develop predictive models. Your work will generate insights that are directly applied in dashboards, reporting, and improvement initiatives with broad impact.
This internship is open to both Dutch and international students.
Your job
As a graduation intern, you will investigate a core question within modern IT steering: what does KPI data really tell us about stability, and how can we use these insights to prevent disruptions and improve quality?
Your assignment consists of four connected parts:
* You will investigate which KPI developments contribute most strongly to stable IT services.
You will dive into data streams, analyse patterns, and uncover which indicators truly have predictive value.
* You will assess whether statistical methods and machine learning can help identify signals that announce an incident or disruption.
AI is not a goal in itself, but a tool that you use when it adds value.
* You will examine how KPI information can be interpreted more intelligently, so that value clusters can steer earlier and more proactively.
You will not only look at data, but also at meaning, context, chain effects, and impact on service delivery.
* You will translate insights into steering information that is directly used by SIO, management, and IT teams.
Your analyses do not remain on paper: you present them, defend them, and incorporate them into dashboards, reports, and improvement recommendations
Your working environment
You will work in an analytical, sharp, and curious team operating in a high-impact environment. Within SIO, you will continuously reflect with colleagues on analyses, hypotheses, and approach. You will join meetings in which KPI outcomes are discussed and see how your insights directly influence both strategic and operational decisions.
You will collaborate with professionals in IT performance, data steering, and risk & control. They will challenge you to think more deeply, reason more critically, and present more sharply. You will have access to relevant datasets, substantive coaching, and an environment where innovation, responsibility, and continuous improvement are central
