About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Creative Operations Intern to join The Kitchen, Kraft Heinz's UK & Europe In-House Creative Agency. As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Creative Operations Team, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the agency. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and gain hands-on experience in Process, People, and Technology - the three key pillars driving operational excellence in The Kitchen.
What You'll Be Doing
Process - Optimizing Workflows & Driving Efficiency
* Help improve and streamline agency processes to enhance speed, quality, and scalability.
* Assist in maintaining documentation and reporting to showcase In-House Agency best works and greatest impact.
People - Managing Our Freelancer Talent Pool
* Oversee Social freelancer management, from booking to onboarding.
* Coordinate contracts, timelines, and day-to-day freelancer communications.
Technology - Powering Our Creative Workflow
* Manage The Kitchen's Technology Stack, ensuring the team has access to the right tools.
* Drive adoption and trainings for the Kitchen team.
* Support maintenance and governance of platforms to optimize efficiency.
Legacy Project - Building an Operations Excellence Playbook
Lead the creation of an Operations Excellence Playbook to document best practices and guidelines that will help the team delivering better work, faster and for less. The Playbook is meant to become a go-to resource for future team success.

Job Requirements
* Excellence communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Bachelor/Master, preferably in the field of Marketing, Communication or Creative Business. We are mainly looking for the right mindset!
* Understanding of the dynamics of the advertising industry - with interest in creative agencies, digital marketing trends and popular culture.
* Previous working experience is a plus.
