You will join the Global LEAP Transformation Team, a strategic program driving:

* Spend Consolidation and outsourcing.
* Value Delivery (Cost Savings & Cash Generation initiatives).
* Operational & Customer excellence across procurement & manufacturing.

Working directly with Mariam (LEAP Transformation Lead), you will operate as a project analyst / PMO / internal consultant, supporting high-stakes initiatives across North America, Europe, APAC and LATAM.
As part of LEAP team, your assignment will be to:

* Develop & maintain performance dashboards across regions.
* Identify Efficiency opportunities through data analysis.
* Contribute to business case tracking and reporting (Value delivery vs targets).
* Assist in preparing governance materials (SteerCo, business updates, reporting)
* Contribute to improve processes (Contract Tracking & Process Simplification)
* Support preparation of workshops across key categories (Services, Spare parts & Chemicals)
* Participate in digital & AI initiatives to simplify & automate workflows.

You stand out by:

* Analytical, structured and data-driven
* Curious and proactive

Technical Skills:
* Advanced Excel (mandatory)
* Power BI / Data visualization (strong plus)
* PowerPoint storytelling (essential)
* Experience with data analysis / business cases

Key requirements:
* Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
* Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
* For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
* Available to start in August/September 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written);
