HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As part of the European Richemont team, the CRC coordinator intern will work closely with senior management teams to provide assistance with administrative tasks, teams support & accompany the
development of the Amsterdam platform as a strong Relational hub of excellence within the Richemont Group.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist the L&D Manager and other team members in a variety of tasks and projects. This includes supporting learning and development initiatives, as well as contributing to broader team goals.
* Coordinate, organize and follow major teams' events, external visits in partnership with concerned departments and projects
* Support our department in special projects/initiative and ensure their coordination
* Provide seamless support to leadership teams
* Support teams in day-to-day operations
* Organize, execute, and assist with activities (staff meeting, all-hands meetings, on-sites/off-sites, and team social events)
* Ensure internal communication to promote activities and projects, capitalizing on news and articles publication in the Richemont intranet
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* Strong organizational skills & time efficiency
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to lead and coordinate different projects
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and roles
* Ability to take initiatives
* Areas of study in communications or hospitality
* Affinity with luxury industry
* English mandatory as main working language (another language is appreciated)
* Self-motivated, pro-active and persistent
This is a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months starting in September 2026. Please note that you must be enrolled in a university program for the whole duration of your internship.
