What you´ll do

* Support the Mid-Office PIR creation process by monitoring and managing PIR-related requests through email, including proper categorization and follow-ups with CTMs for data collection
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate PIR creation while maintaining strong attention to detail and adaptability
* Participate in one-on-one job shadowing to learn system usage, supported by process aids and desktop procedures
* Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement or digitalization within the Mid-Office PIR Creation process
* Develop and present a project proposal to the STP Leadership Team, such as a quick-win efficiency initiative, KPI improvement, or a data-driven solution (e.g., SharePoint site, Power BI dashboard, automation)
* Build skills in project management, innovation, and continuous improvement through hands-on experience and eLearning on design thinking and the end-to-end business lifecycle

What makes you a good fit

* Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Operations Management
* Knowledge in MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP and MS Excel Macros and Power BI is highly preferred
* Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
* Experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research; ability to analyze and present data, and collaborate effectively with other colleagues
* Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
* Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
