Student Internship in the IS Team

This Position reports to:IS Service Owner

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning and improving all aspects of IS services. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness.

About the Internship:

* Start date: as soon as possible (preferably May 2026)
* Work in a modern office in Kraków
* Hybrid work model
* We expect availability of at least 20 hours per week

Your responsibilities:

* Handling simple user support cases and user education
* Preparing communication materials aimed for end users such as presentations of new features, FAQs, guidance materials
* Creating mockup, visualizations
* Supporting user workshops - preparation, admin tasks, documentation, follow up
* Some involvement in cooperation with support team, with user education tickets

Requirements:

* Student in a field related to UX/UI, or similar technical (active student status)
* Fluent English - preferably C1
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and visualizations
