Hi, we're glad you're here! We are hiring to our Aviva Services Excellence Centre!

What will you be doing?
* Support for the operating system migration project.
* Ticket Logging - Receiving and registering requests submitted by end users through various channels, including phone, e-mail, or the ticketing system, and documenting all relevant issue details.
* Issue Diagnostics - Analyzing submitted tickets and attempting to resolve issues based on the information provided, which may include asking users additional questions to gain a clearer understanding of the problem.
* Issue Resolution - support resolving a wide range of common or previously encountered issues.
* Ticket Escalation - support in escalating requests to second-line support when the issue is too complex or requires specialized expertise.
* User Communication - Keeping users informed about the progress of their requests and responding to any questions related to their tickets.
* Documentation - Accurately recording all actions taken to resolve issues. This is essential for maintaining the ticket history and enables more efficient handling of similar problems in the future.
* Knowledge Management - Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base to support issue resolution, including creating and updating knowledge base articles.

What are we looking for?
* Availability 30-40 hours per week (ideally full-time) to work on-site
* Fundamental knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
* Ability to diagnose and resolve simple technical issues (e.g., login problems, application access issues, basic configuration settings)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with end users
* Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive - user level)
* English at B2 level or higher, including technical terminology
* Device deprovisioning/enrollment
* Basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
* Ability to work with technical documentation and follow established procedures
* Collaboration with the Service Desk team
