Trainee in Chief Control Office Department

Responsibilities

* Supporting the employees of Chief Control Office Department in day-to-day matters, in particular: process of procedures implementation in the bank, monitoring of execution of permanent controls performed by departments present in the bank, process of management of agreements with third parties
* Learning about processes related to operational risk management in financial institution
* Preparing reports and presentations in scope of department's activity
* Assisting in preparation of documentation related to business continuity management

Profile required

We expect from the candidates:

* Student status for the entire duration of the internship (economics, finance or banking-related studies)
* Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week
* Proficiency in Polish and English
* Knowledge of MS Office (advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint). Knowledge of VBA will be an additional advantage
* Analytical thinking skills
* Ability to work in a team as well as independently
* Ability to work under time pressure
* Very good work organization
* Commitment and accuracy
* Teamwork skills
