Transport Control Center Intern (Customs)

Your Tasks

You will join our Transport Control Center department and provide operational support to the Team responsible for customs handling at our European Beiersdorf locations.

Your tasks might include:
* Coordinating processes between your team, warehouse and carrier to ensure that loading and delivery is on time.
* Preparing and verifying transport documents.
* Creating and updating reports and analyses.

Your Profile

* Student in their third year or above, preferably studying logistics or a related field
* Very good command of the English language is a must
* Strong proficiency in Excel
* Good communication skills
* Availability between 30 and 40 hours per week
* Ability to work in a hybrid mode from our Beiersdorf Campus located in Poznań
* First experiences in logistics or customer collaboration are a plus
