Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. We are open to flexible working hours so that you can reconcile working with us with your studies. #OpenToYou
Position: Telco - Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong to the next 12 months)
Location: Poland (hybrid in Wroclaw )
Education Recommendations: Currently, a candidate from the field of study like Computer Science, Telecommunications and similar
The Network & Performance Engineering department creates a unique connection between telco domain know-how, a wide range of well-designed tools, and data science capabilities. Our main target is to provide in-depth technical expertise for Radio and Cloud products with a focus on 5G solutions and their performance aspects.

As part of our team, you will:
* Boost your telecommunication competencies in 5G and its Evolutions
* Maintain 5G BTS test lines from the most recent SW version and required configuration aspects
* Contribute to technical deep-dives from configuration and performance aspects of new functionalities
* Learn how to properly configure (set the right parameter values) 5G BTS and conduct an analysis of customer network configuration settings
* Build your network by contributing to projects improving worldwide customer experience
* Have a possibility to play with rich & in-house telco tooling ecosystem

* Mobile networks (5G, Single RAN) - studying the performance impact of new functionalities
* Tools for network dimensioning and BTS configuration overview

Profil requis du candidat:

You have:
* Active student status in Telecommunications or similar fields
* Good English, both spoken and written
* knowledge of mobile telecommunications, in particular, 5G (incl. network architecture and protocols)
* motivation to expand the knowledge
* good teamwork skills
