HR Intern with English and Polish

Job Description

PPS is providing personnel administration, payroll & benefits, time management, organizational management, talent management administration for European countries, eg.: Germany, Austria, Poland, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. PPS is also providing global HR tools support (Workday, ADP, People Portal) for all EMEA countries.

Your role:
* Handling personal files & preparing respective employment documentation
* Answering employees' queries
* Processing and updating requests in case management system
* Inputting of data into HR systems
* Running reports from SAP HR/ Workday

You're the right fit if:
* Last year student in Bachelor's or Master's studies
* Fluent English and Polish (both orally and in writing)
* Possibility to work 32-40 hours/per week
* Ability to work 100% from the office
* Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
