We are looking for a motivated and creative Summer Trainee to support the Global Business Services Communication (GBS) team in Western Europe and Africa Hub for a period of 2 months. This role is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, content creation, and internal engagement activities within a global business environment.
The trainee will support communication initiatives that help promote GBS topics, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure clear, effective communication across stakeholders.

Your mission will be...

* Support the preparation of internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, presentations, and intranet content.
* Assist in drafting and editing communication messages for different audiences.
* Help create engaging content for internal campaigns, events, and awareness initiatives.
* Support the design and formatting of communication assets using PowerPoint, Word, or other digital tools.
* Assist in organizing communication-related activities, meetings, and events.
* Conduct basic research and benchmarking on communication trends and best practices.
* Help track communication performance metrics and prepare simple reports.

We are looking for someone with…

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
* Interest in corporate communications, employer branding, and employee engagement
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
* Creative mindset with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
* Knowledge of design tools such as Canva.
