Your mission will be…
* Data Exploration & Insight Generation: Support the GBS Strategic Performance Specialist by exploring and analyzing large datasets. You will be assisting with data extraction, transformation, and loading from systems like ServiceNow, to develop robust, data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize GBS service delivery.
* KPI & Performance Framework Development: Collaborate in defining, refining, and implementing relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets tailored to specific business line needs. You will help structure and document elements of the GBS Performance Framework to ensure clarity and strategic alignment.
* Dashboard Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement: Brainstorm and develop creative strategies to promote the adoption and effective utilization of performance dashboards across different GBS, assisting in preparing engaging communication materials and supporting workshops to guide colleagues on interpreting and leveraging performance data.
We are looking for someone with…
* Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA is considered an advantage.
* Familiar with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
* A basic understanding of UX/UI principles, combined with a motivation to further develop skills in user centered design.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a global, multicultural environment.
* A genuine interest in understanding how data drives business performance and a strong motivation to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to connect disparate data points.
* Very strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* A proactive, self driven attitude, with a clear sense of ownership and accountability for assigned topics.
