Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

You will help colleagues get the most out of Infineon's reporting tools. You'll answer user questions, help run short trainings, collect and document user needs, coordinate change requests, and analyze business process data to support better reporting and decision-making. You'll be the bridge between business needs and data-driven insights, supporting smooth rollouts, great user experiences, and continuous improvement.

* Reporting Solutions: Provide global user support for reporting tools and help coordinate implementations and enhancements
* Demand and Change Management: Assist in change request management and document requirements; Consult with functional users to define reporting needs
* User Support & Training: Support the development of training materials and help facilitate training sessions for reporting solutions; Provide support during the implementation of new solutions
* Projects & Innovation: Contribute to reporting and data projects, including AI-based initiatives; Share ideas to drive continuous improvement
* Reporting & Dashboard Development: Help design, build, and improve standard reports and dashboards for designated functions

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related mathematical/scientific field with exposure to data analysis and reporting
* Fundamentals: Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting concepts, and core business processes
* Tools: Strong MS Excel skills; Experience with Tableau or other dashboarding/BI tools is a plus
* Working style: Positive, flexible, and collaborative; Comfortable with numbers and details; Clear communicator with a business-oriented mindset
* Language skills: Fluency in English (mandatory)
