Marketing & Sales Curricular Internship

As a Marketing and Sales Intern you will join the Lisbon team to inspire, motivate, screen and coach potential future students for their journey with EF in one of our language programs abroad and drive sustainable success for them. You will operate in a truly international environment with a young and dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills, take ownership and share your ideas within a global network of like-minded individuals.

This opening is for a curricular internship during the Spring Semester of 2026 (Feb-Jun).
You can apply for one, or more, of these 3 positions (please include your preference in the cover letter):
- Sales
- Customer Support
- Public Relations

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Sales:
- Sell our language & study programs and destinations
- Process and qualify leads through telemarketing
- Reach and exceed sales targets

Customer Service:
- Support the Customer Service team to prepare the best trip fo our student's life
- Achieve excellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on EF programs.
- Administrative tasks. Manage the booking process for each student

Public Relations:
- Record our new podcast series
- Do editorial plan
- Find, reach and invite national personalities to participate in our podcast
- Interview, record and publish 6 episodes

Requirements
- Full Fluency in Portuguese
- Fluency in English
- International experience (study/work) preferred
- Enthusiastic and creative
- Sales oriented and target driven
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and great team spirit
- Goes the extra mile
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality
