What You'll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - People & Culture Local Services

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Expected start date to end date: August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027

People & Culture Local Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labour knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.

* Help to organize Day 1 for new employees

* Administrate personal file of employees

* Solve HR related questions of employees

* Support administrative tasks like print documents, scan documents, collect signatures / documents from employees, help with archiving of documents

* Liaise with HR colleagues inside and outside of the team

* Active student status in accredited university in Czech Republic

* Fluency in written and verbal Czech & English

* Ability to plan and organize work well

* Ability to work with confidential information

* Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills

* Customer oriented

* Excellent MS Office skills
