Intern - Engineering Operations & Business Support (12 months/hybrid)
We have an opportunity for an Intern - Engineering Operations & Business Support - to join us at Honeywell in Brno, where you will be responsible for supporting the Engineering Operations team by managing ordering process, assisting with reporting, and contributing to process coordination. The intern will also provide administrative support to leadership, helping ensure smooth execution of operational and organizational tasks.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.
This internship is set up for 12 months, starting from January 2026.

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous internship or experience in operations or administrative support is preferred.
* Experience in coordinating people or activities (e.g. student teams, events, workshops) is a plus.
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with structured and unstructured data
* Good written and verbal communication in both Czech and English
* Willingness to learn internal tools and systems (e.g. SAP, Concur)
* Proactive and self-organized
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with various stakeholders
* Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success

Profil requis du candidat:
* Support the ordering process, including Purchase Order creation, tracking, and vendor follow-up
* Assist in tracking and reporting engineering performance metrics
* Help consolidate and prepare data for reports and dashboards using MS Excel, PowerBI, SAP and other internal tools
* Participate in process improvement initiatives by updating templates, collecting feedback, and supporting training materials
* Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, and SBU teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment on reporting and priorities
* Provide administrative support for meetings, travel bookings (SAP Concur), and internal events as needed
* Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team
